Click Button: The maxillary portion of the device contains a click button that securely attaches to the lower part of the appliance. This click mechanism ensures that the maxillary portion remains firmly in place during use.

Easy Fitting the Device

Place the maxillary portion of the device into one of the titration holes on the lower part. Ensure that the click button is securely clicked into place.

Adjusting the Device

If snoring or apnea persists, remove the maxillary portion from the current titration hole. Reposition the maxillary portion into the next titration hole to increase mandibular advancement. Click the button into place to secure the new position.

Monitoring & Follow-up

Easy – Efficient – Affordable

1. Initial Setup: The maxillary portion of the device is aligned with one of the titration holes in the lower part.

2. Click Mechanism: The click button on the maxillary portion is inserted into the selected titration hole on the lower part and clicked into place. This secures the two parts of the device together, ensuring stability and effectiveness.

3. Adjusting for Effectiveness: If the patient continues to experience snoring or apnea episodes, the maxillary portion can be moved to the next titration hole on the lower part of the device. This incremental adjustment further advances the mandible, enhancing airway patency.
